FINERACT-2801: Remove unused (dead) code in fineract-core - #6376

Description

Removes unused code from fineract-core only.

Removed code with no references found anywhere in the codebase:

• Unused classes: ImageDataURLNotValidException, ImageUploadException, DatatableSearchRequest, JobParametersDTO, SQLInjectionException, MoneyDeserializer, MoneySerializer
• Unused methods: methods in Staff and ChargeTimeType

No functional changes were introduced; application behavior remains unaffected.
